BODYFIT BOOTCAMP
Planning on having a cheat meal this weekend? Start your weekend with a 60min extreme fat burning calorie workout. This class involves running, skipping, stair runs – focusing on improving cardiovascular
fitness and involving full body exercises, incorporating kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX, dumbbells to help increase strength endurance.

STRONG N LEAN
This class is specifically designed to get your body toned and into shape. Focusing on strengthening
different muscle groups with the use of bodyweight, resistant bands & weights.

WARRIOR
Start the week off with a heart pumping warrior workout. This class focuses on improving your total body strength (power output & endurance) and fitness conditioning. Equipment involved: kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine ball & weights.

HYBRID
The ultimate HYBRID fitness class is designed to challenge you and target every major muscle group in
your body, ensuring that you get a workout that covers strength, cardiovascular fitness & conditioning.
The three major training components are Boxing Fitness, Strength/ Weight Training, and Core
Conditioning.

AMRAP
AMRAP stands for ‘As Many Rounds As Possible’ – where you are given a number of exercises and you have to do as many rounds as you can in the given time. This class involves full body exercises to help improve fitness stamina & strength endurance with the use of TRX, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells & skipping ropes.

V02MAX (Maximal Oxygen Consumption)
The title says it all! This class focuses on cardiovascular conditioning which will improve your oxygen consumption, stamina/endurance and fitness recovery. The class will involve cardio machines; Rowers, Air Skiers, Air Bikes, Upright Bikes as well as bodyweight exercises. I guarantee you, you will burn the most calories in this class!

KICKBOXING FITNESS
Develop your coordination, fitness, strength and confidence with the ultimate workout inspired by kickboxing.

W.O.D
W.O.D stands for ‘Workout Of The Day” – This class is inspired by crossfit. Every W.O.D class will be different each week, involving different exercise plans that will keep you on your toes. Main focus in this class is stamina, fitness & strength endurance.

TABATA
This class is a timed-circuit based style workout, focusing on full body exercises to help increase strength endurance & fitness.

This class is all about STRENGTH! We focus on weight lifting to improve your overall strength, power output, speeding up your muscle & central nervous system firing rate connection and increasing lean muscle mass.
