OUR PRIORITY

At Emerald Hills Bootcamp our main priority is to not only help you achieve your health and fitness goals, but to also give you the best outdoor training experience you’ve ever had! With our breathtaking views at our training location, fun and friendly environment, and amazing workouts, I’m sure you will find your workout home.

OUR CLASSES

We design our Bootcamp workouts based on scientifically proven exercises that aim to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and improve cardiovascular endurance. Giving you the best results!

Our classes involve a variety of body weight and weight training exercise such as kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, battle ropes and more. Let’s not forget to mention our famous hill runs! We always aim to keep you excited and looking forward to the next session by changing our workout routines daily to ensure ongoing challenges and prevent plateauing.

OUR FOUNDER

The owner and creator of Emerald Hills Bootcamp is our highly experienced head coach Aleks Cagorski. Aleks is an accredited Exercise Sport Scientist who obtains an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry. Throughout the 9 years of personal training and group training experience, Aleks has helped hundreds of individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Aleks does not only guide you throughout the classes but also educates you on how to achieve your goals and live a healthier lifestyle, as he strongly believes the more knowledge you obtain, the easier your journey will be and the faster the results will come.
