Emerald Hills Bootcamp was created by our highly experienced head coach Aleks Cagorski – accredited Exercise Sport Scientist who obtains an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry.
Our classes involve a variety of body weight and weight training exercise that will get you the results you want. Our main priority is to not only help you achieve your health and fitness goals, but to also give you the best outdoor training experience you’ve ever had!
